It adds your first-year cost (twelve months of the plan plus the launch fee, or the yearly price plus launch fee) and divides it by your average compensation per closed loan. The result is how many extra closed loans would pay for the site.
02Does it predict how many leads I will get?
No. Results depend on your market, referrals, content and follow-up. The calculator only shows the break-even point using your numbers.
03What compensation figure should I use?
Your typical gross compensation per closed loan, before splits if you want the business view or after splits for your personal view.
04Should I include AI Engine costs?
If you plan to add channels, yes: add their monthly cost in the extras field.
05Are prices up to date?
Plan prices come from the same data as the pricing page (last updated 2026-10-19).
06Is the launch fee included?
Yes, in the first-year cost.
07What about taxes?
Prices exclude any applicable sales tax.
