Launch fee
The launch fee is refundable in full until we start building your site (the build starts after your onboarding call and receipt of your brand details). Once the build has started, the launch fee covers work already done and is not refundable, but you can switch to a different catalogue design before launch at no charge.
Monthly and yearly plans
Monthly plans and add-ons can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; you pay through the end of the notice period. Partial months are not refunded. Yearly plans are paid in advance; if you cancel within the first 30 days of a yearly term we refund the unused months minus the monthly-rate difference for months used. After that, yearly plans run to the end of the term.
AI Engine channels
AI channels can be cancelled with the same notice as plans. Set-up fees are refundable until configuration starts. Carrier or platform fees already paid to third parties (for example SMS registration fees) are not refundable.
After cancellation
Your site stays live until the end of the notice period. On request we provide an export of your pages, posts and images, and help point your domain elsewhere. Leads and contacts can be exported from the CRM before access ends.
How to cancel or request a refund
Contact support through the contact page or your client login, from the email on your account. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
