What you can request

• Know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold.
• Correct: information that is inaccurate.
• Delete: information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out: of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do not do these).
• Appeal: if we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider.

How to make a request

Use the form below. We verify requests by matching the email you give with our records and may ask a follow-up question. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law allows, with notice).

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We may still verify your identity directly.
