Loan officer reviews, asked for at the right moment.
The best time to ask for a review is the week a borrower gets their keys. The reviews engine sends a friendly request, routes people to the profiles that matter, and shows approved reviews on your site.

Definition
What is a reviews engine?
A reviews engine automates review requests after a loan closes, directs borrowers to the review sites you choose (such as your Google Business Profile), and displays approved reviews on your website with the borrower's permission.
Timed requests
A message a few days after closing, and one gentle reminder.
Right profile
Send borrowers to Google, Zillow or Experience.com, whichever you use.
No gating
Every borrower is invited to review publicly; we never filter out unhappy ones.
Showcased on site
Approved reviews appear on your home and program pages.
The review request, as a borrower sees it
Short, personal and sent a few days after closing. Every borrower gets the same invitation.

Reviews engine: questions and answers
01Can you guarantee more reviews?
No one can honestly guarantee that. What we can do is ask every closed borrower at the right moment, which is the single biggest factor.
02Do you filter out bad reviews?
No. Review gating (only asking happy customers) conflicts with platform rules and the FTC's rules on consumer reviews. Every borrower gets the same invitation.
03Which review sites can I use?
Any site with a public review link, typically Google Business Profile, Zillow lender reviews or Experience.com. We link to them as typeset text, not their logos.
04Will reviews show on my website?
Approved reviews can be displayed on your site with the borrower's permission. Until you have real ones, nothing is shown in their place.
05Why are the reviews on your site marked Sample?
We are a new shop and will not invent testimonials. The tags you see are labelled samples showing how reviews will look on your own site.
06Does the engine work on the Shelf plan?
Yes, as a monthly add-on.
07Can my processor trigger the request?
Yes. Anyone with access can move the file to Closed, which triggers the request.
08Are review requests compliant?
Requests are sent only to borrowers who have agreed to hear from you, and they do not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
